Question 2

Where is Northern Cyprus and why invest there?

Accepted Answer

Northern Cyprus (TRNC, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus) is located on the northeastern part of the island of Cyprus in the Eastern Mediterranean. It offers property prices 40–60% lower than comparable Mediterranean markets (Spain, Portugal, Greek islands), strong rental demand, 300+ sunny days annually, and a straightforward legal purchasing process for international buyers.

Question 3

What types of properties does Döveç Group build?

Accepted Answer

Döveç Group builds luxury villas, studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments, penthouses, and townhouses across Northern Cyprus. Current active projects include Querencia (705 units, Long Beach, İskele), La Casalia (454 units, Tatlısu, Famagusta), Natulux (97 units, Tatlısu, Famagusta), D-Point (Long Beach, İskele), La Isla Villas (İskele), and Courtyard Platinum (952 units, Boğaz, İskele).

Question 4

Can a foreigner buy property in Northern Cyprus?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Foreign nationals can legally purchase property in Northern Cyprus. A Purchase Permit from the TRNC Council of Ministers is required: a standard procedure routinely approved for UK, EU, and most international buyers. There are no nationality restrictions on ownership.

Question 5

What is the price range for Döveç Group properties?

Accepted Answer

Entry-level apartments start from approximately £65,000. Two-bedroom apartments typically range from £120,000 to £250,000, and luxury villas start from £250,000+. Off-plan payment plans allow purchases with an initial deposit of just 25–30%.

Question 6

What rental yields can I expect from a Northern Cyprus property?

Accepted Answer

Well-located Döveç Group properties in İskele and Long Beach benefit from strong rental demand, supported by year-round tourism and a growing international community. Rather than quoting projected or theoretical figures, our consultants can share current, property-specific rental data from existing clients on request.
