- Is my purchase protected?
- Yes. Every purchase runs through independent legal representation and escrow payments tied to construction progress. Our German-speaking team guides you through each step, and you sign nothing your lawyer has not reviewed.
- How is the property taxed in Switzerland?
- As a Swiss resident you declare property held abroad on your tax return, and it can affect the rate that applies to you. Exactly how depends on your canton and your circumstances, so discuss it with your tax adviser before you buy. North Cyprus levies its own purchase taxes and fees, which our team and your lawyer will set out in full beforehand.
- How do I get there from Switzerland?
- There is no direct flight from Zurich or Geneva to Ercan. The usual routes are a connection via Istanbul, or a direct flight to Larnaca followed by a drive north. If you are planning a viewing trip, we arrange the route and the appointments on the ground.
- Can I buy remotely?
